How to lose 30 lbs. in 3 days:

Hardly eat at all.. like an apple or two a day. Very little water... and prepare to get your ass on the treadmill every day for about 3-4 hours a day, and then hitting the sauna for an hour. It's all water weight they lose. As soon as they make weight, they put most of it right back one by fight time.

I lost 6 lbs. in 2 hours by not eating or drinking anything for 24 hours, prior to running on the treadmill for 2 hours.

I don't think they go Carb Free but I am sure they lower that intake substantially but you do bring up a valid point about expelling out weight via waste. When I get some fighters on I will ask about their weight cutting strategies.

That would be something I would like to hear discussed. Ive always wondered how a lot of fighters these days keep themselves at their weight-class limits, hopefulle without the use of stims, thermos, and doing shit like EC stacks.

There is no way you can get your body into a Ketogenic state through carb depletion in three days. I wonder if after the waterweight, the rest of it was just expelled out the ass? Severe Dehydration AHOY!

That's fucking brutal.
These guys are going to have a 40-50 year lifespan at most.

It can be done while very unhealhy it is possible. Most of the weight will be water weight but also by severe carb depletion and fasting. It's crazy how fast the body can really be altered but the long term effects are not worth the risk.

when we met Lesnar he didnt look anywhere NEAR 280....really, he was not what i expected at all. Granted, that was WWE days, but who cares - I doubt he got that much bigger for UFC. Plus, he was an asshole then and is an asshole now...so F his dying-intestine ass.

Brock actually walks around at about 280-285, he said in an interview.

In retrospect, a majority of UFC fighters outside of the heavyweight division cut between 5-20 pounds (sometimes more) in a matter of a week or a few days time to make weight for their division.

Welterweight, Anthony "Rumble" Johnson walks around at just over 200 lbs. He fights at 170 lbs... and usually cuts 30 pounds in 3 days time.

IMO, that is very unhealthy in the long run, and shouldn't be done! 5-10 pounds, alright, that's fine.. but 20-30 pounds in such a short time period is very unhealthy, and Rumble Johnson has been known to pass out at the weigh-ins before.

Hopefully his new diet will help counteract his "Roid Monkey" appearance. Lesnar's forward look always looked like he was taking a couple shots in the ass. But if he can manage to keep himself at a level that is maintainable instead of playing the old Binge and Purge route of competitive weight management, then maybe he could shake the image. Still baffles me though that he is 300lbs. Shit is nuts.

As for the IFBB chaps, yeah, those bitches couldn't even run for cover if their lives depended on it. Just more using it as a weight comparison.

Bob,
You are 100% right. Shane Carwin is comprable to Lesnar from a size standpoint. Though I doubt he walks around at 300 plus. I am sure that after Brock's health issues he will not be getting as big due to the fact that his diet is more balanced and no longer meat & potatoes. IFBB guys have to take tons of drug to make up for the sub par cardio they do prepare. Most of them don't even run just walk on the treadmill and take clenbuterol.

It still blows my mind how freakishly huge Lesnar is. And the fact that he has to cut just to compete just tops the cupcake. Im sure though that he is used to the whole Bulk/Cut routine though after his stint in WWE. Showmanship with these companies must be like the shit IFBB competitors have to put up with to be stage ready, sans the tanning lotion.

Brock Lesnar walks around at 300 plus and usually cuts down to 265 come fight time. Pretty scary shit to have to cut weight just to be under cap.
