Best Buy wants you buying SSFIV from them, not GameStop

It was not a deciding factor in buying the game but the fact remains that most hardcore Street Fighter IV fans have at least one or two alternate costume packs, if not all of them. The “new” Super Street Fighter IV, which releases on Tuesday, April 27, is no different than its predecessor in that sense and Best Buy is hoping to capitalize on that.

If you pre-order the game at Best Buy’s Website, you will receive a download code good for alternate costumes for Guile, Blanka, Fei Long, Gen and Dhalsim. Please note that the same offer is good at amazon.com but if you pre-order from GameStop, all you get are some lame thumb cozies they refer to as “Super Thumb Fighters.”
